At Lifely, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in its original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a bulky goods pickup.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
